Last night I stopped by the Sneaker Pimps tour on their LA stop. Big Shouts to Peter Fahey the head honcho over there and my homie Quddus on the invite. The sneaker culture is real deal. Pete and his team have effectively married the hip hop scene and sneaker fanatic culture and packaged them nicely into what we now call the Sneaker Pimps Tour. The event is hip hop in it’s purest form. Not only is it a cool crowd of good peeps sportin their finest kicks and hawking rare J’s but you’re also treated to some of the dopest hip hop performances from established and up and coming artist. There were many good performances from last night’s show headlined by Hopsin and Iggy Azalea but one of the standouts was a young performer by the name of YP. The homie from Chicago did his thing. Keep up with him @YP27 YP’s got hustle and talent sprinkle in a little luck and we might have something here. Keep it going.
(As I’m writing this I just noticed we gave YP a quick nod about a month ago check it out here. Looks like he’s gaining steam keep going.)
